Kcex is a cryptocurrency exchange platform. Ad campaigns were disconnected from backend user behavior data, making it impossible to accurately measure true channel conversion value. Without API integration, optimization relied on vague frontend data, CPA exceeded acceptable levels, and growth stalled.
Partnered with the Microsoft support team to complete deep API integration between Kcex and the Bing Ads platform, enabling seamless data passback from click to registration, deposit, and trading — the full conversion chain.
