1. Overview
Global Gravity Technology ("Gravity") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. Information Collection
We may collect the following types of information: (a) Information you provide voluntarily, such as name, email, and company information submitted through contact forms; (b) Automatically collected information, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and duration of visits.
3. Gravity Analytics
We use Gravity Analytics — a privacy-first web analytics service — to collect anonymous visit data. This system analyzes only HTTP request headers (User-Agent, Accept-Language, etc.), stores truncated IP addresses (network segment only), and does not use cookies, browser fingerprinting, or any third-party analytics services. Collected data is used to: (a) improve website performance and user experience; (b) analyze visitor behavior trends; (c) distinguish between human visitors, search engine crawlers, and AI agent visits.
4. Cookie Policy
Our analytics system does not use any cookies. Only essential technical session cookies are used for CMS admin login (administrators only). We do not use any third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
5. Data Usage
Collected data is used solely for: (a) providing and improving our services; (b) responding to your inquiries and requests; (c) sending service-related communications (only with your consent); (d) fulfilling legal obligations.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data may only be shared in the following circumstances: (a) with your explicit consent; (b) as required by law or legitimate law enforcement requests; (c) with necessary service providers (such as email services), all of whom have signed data protection agreements.
7. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security audits.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Anonymous website analytics data is retained for 12 months, after which it is automatically purged.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: (a) access personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction or deletion of your data; (c) object to data processing; (d) request data portability. Contact privacy@global-gravity.com to exercise these rights.
